🍺 Brugs Bierfestival — Sat 12 & Sun 13 September, BMCC (Beursplein). The 18th edition of Bruges' beloved beer festival, with around 60 breweries pouring some 400 beers in a hall a short walk from the centre. 🏛️ Open Monumentenweekend — Sat 12 & Sun 13 September, across the city and deelgemeenten. The 38th edition of this much-loved annual heritage weekend — and Bruges is the only Flemish city to run a full weekend programme. This year's theme, "In goede handen" (In Good Hands), celebrates the people behind the city's heritage, with 19 sites and 9 activities open free of charge, from Assebroek to Lissewege. 🥐 Atelier Matinée is back! — Saturday 12 September, 09:30–12:00, Concertgebouw. The Concertgebouw's much-loved family morning returns for the new season — note it falls on Saturday this time, not the usual Sunday.
